201606 Club Magazine - June 2016

The June issue of the Alfa Romeo Owners’ Club magazine celebrates the beginning of the outdoor event season with a full report on and plenty of pictures from Spring Alfa Day at Beaulieu in April, and it also carries articles on an Irish rally, track days, racing, the Club Victor Ludorum and Alfa Romeos racing at the Nurburgring in the late 1960s. The Section News and Registro Ricambi are joined by other regulars including AROC Lives with John Griffiths and Franco Macri contributing; John Williams writing about the recent and forthcoming auctions; Jamie writing about the new Giulia and other Alfas including his 4C (if Jamie says its fast now, I think that there’s no doubting that its seriously fast!) and the Cars of the Week from the Club’s Facebook page. Our youngest contributor yet, Joe Bailey, is surely a long term Club member in the making and Owen Fox probably has the brightest coloured 159 that you’ll see but it’s Steve McCall’s Taxi Tales that will make you laugh out loud!
